West Side Story

West Side story transfers Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet into the 1950s in New York. The Sharks and the Jets are two feuding street gangs. Jet Tony falls in love with a Shark Maria; and the war between their gangs doesn’t stop them from the desire to be together. In search of peace and freedom, the couple decides to leave the town of the war; however, unexpected occurrences prevent them from their longed for life away…
